Job Summary

Ronco Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations, coordinate project teams and subcontractors, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Project Details

The role supports construction projects with contract values of $10 million to $35 million. Multifamily construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project activation, site mobilization, manpower, materials, equipment, and execution schedules.
• Manage daily site operations, subcontractor scopes, productivity, schedule performance, and work quality.
• Administer safety procedures, inspections, OSHA documentation, and project risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, municipalities, and other project stakeholders.
• Lead progress, installation, subcontractor, and owner-architect-contractor meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, photographs, inspections, project records, and manpower documentation.
• Coordinate jurisdictional inspections and support punch-list, closeout, commissioning, and owner training activities.
• Mentor project team members and field staff.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of experience as a construction superintendent or in an equivalent role.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10 million to $35 million; multifamily experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety requirements, plans, specifications, and field reporting.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred. First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of estimating, project accounting, carpentry, and construction equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
