Drywall Foreman

Job Summary

Lead drywall framing crews, oversee daily field work, and help ensure projects meet schedule and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and coordination drawings, confirm layouts, and raise RFIs when conflicts or differing conditions arise.
• Plan crew assignments and schedules, estimate labor and materials, and monitor framing, drywall, and finishing progress.
• Promote safe work practices, prepare and manage job hazard analyses, and support crew training.
• Maintain timekeeping, operational records, inventory, and orderly work areas.
• Coordinate professionally with clients and contractors, resolve issues proactively, and mentor and monitor employees.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a drywall framer foreman or in a similar role.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift or pull up to 75 pounds, work at heights using ladders or lifts, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions and follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
