Drywall Framer Foreman

Job Summary

Lead drywall framing crews in Dallas, coordinating field work and maintaining Swinerton’s quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and coordination drawings, confirm layouts, and raise RFIs when conditions conflict.
• Plan crew schedules, assignments, materials, equipment, and supplies while tracking framing, drywall, and finishing production.
• Prepare and manage job hazard analyses, ensure employees are trained and working safely, and record crew time and operational details.
• Coordinate professionally with clients and contractors, resolve issues proactively, and mentor and monitor employees.
• Maintain work areas and support Swinerton jobsites as directed.

Required Experience

• Three to five years of experience as a drywall framer foreman or in a similar role.
• Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift or pull up to 75 pounds, work at heights using ladders or lifts, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varied weather and follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
