Job Summary

Primoris Heavy Civil is hiring a Structure Wall Foreman to lead structural wall and concrete construction work in Laredo, Texas. Permanent relocation to the area is required.

Project Details

The role supports heavy civil construction, including structural walls and related concrete work. Primoris Heavy Civil also delivers transportation infrastructure projects for public and private clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct crews performing structural wall erection, concrete pours, and related construction activities.
• Interpret project drawings and specifications, coordinate labor and equipment, and monitor progress and quality.
• Enforce jobsite safety procedures, conduct briefings and inspections, and maintain daily field reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders; train and mentor crew members.
• Ensure work complies with applicable regulations and project requirements.

Required Experience

• At least five years of heavy civil construction experience, including two years supervising structural wall or similar concrete work.
• Ability to read construction drawings and knowledge of concrete methods, materials, equipment, and safety practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, English proficiency, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours and in varying weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is described as competitive and paid weekly. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, pet coverage, legal assistance, and safety programs. Per diem is not available.
