Concrete Foreman

Job Summary

Lead structural concrete crews on major infrastructure work, coordinating field operations and supporting safe, productive project delivery.

Project Details

Work includes structural concrete operations such as slabs on grade, walls, and elevated slabs on infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpret site plans, grades, and elevations, and coordinate layout checks with surveyors.
• Manage crew productivity and equipment use while coordinating with other trades and utilities.
• Track daily production and quantities, and lead safety meetings.

Required Experience

• At least four years of concrete operations experience, including slabs on grade, walls, or elevated slabs.
• Experience with heavy equipment and the ability to read site plans and calculate quantities.
• Equipment operation experience is preferred; strong leadership and problem-solving skills are needed.
• Must be able to work in varied weather and traverse uneven terrain, including standing, walking, and climbing.
