Sr Project Manager (Civil Construction)

Job Summary

Keeley Construction is hiring a senior project manager to lead civil infrastructure projects in St. Louis, Missouri, overseeing project delivery, financial performance, and team development.

Project Details

The role supports civil infrastructure work involving structural concrete, excavation, utilities, wastewater, and earthwork.

Responsibilities

• Direct project planning and execution, including schedules, estimates, quality, safety, billing, cost reporting, and design coordination.
• Manage multiple project teams and coordinate activities to meet deadlines.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, project risks, subcontractor selection, buyout, and contract administration.
• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, assistant project managers, and field staff.
• Work with owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors; contribute to proposals and value engineering.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, plus at least eight years of relevant experience.
• Technical knowledge of structural concrete, excavation, utilities, wastewater, and earthwork methods.
• Strong relationship-building skills and willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plus.
