Project Manager - QA/QC

Job Summary

Interstates is hiring a QA/QC Project Manager to lead electrical construction quality on a major data center project in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Project Details

This travel assignment supports a mission-critical data center project and is expected to last 6 months to 3 years. The role remains assigned to one project through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project quality plans, inspection processes, field audits, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with project leaders, field crews, clients, commissioning partners, subcontractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Review construction documents and submittals, track deficiencies, and drive corrective actions.
• Support pre-installation planning, testing, commissioning, system turnover, and continuous improvement.
• Promote safety and quality throughout project execution.

Required Experience

• Experience in QA/QC, quality management, field engineering, project management, or electrical construction on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Knowledge of electrical construction, NEC requirements, testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Experience with quality records, inspections, punch lists, and turnover packages.
• Data center experience is highly preferred; Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Bluebeam, or similar software experience is preferred.
• A related bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent electrical construction or QA/QC experience may be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay is $100,000-$135,000, with compensation based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, performance bonuses, merit increases, and per diem and travel benefits where applicable.
