Job Summary

Keeley Construction is hiring a Project Manager for its self-perform paving group in Phoenix, Arizona. The role oversees project delivery from planning through closeout, balancing field coordination, client relationships, and financial performance.

Project Details

The position supports self-perform paving work; asphalt paving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, plans, and resource needs, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams, and field crews.
• Monitor jobsite safety and quality, address risks and project issues, and pursue process improvements.
• Manage client communications, stakeholder coordination, project meetings, and progress reporting.
• Track budgets, costs, forecasts, and project financial results.
• Maintain project records, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, production reports, and closeout documents.
• Support estimating through quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, quote comparisons, and plan and specification reviews.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience; asphalt paving experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; project management and scheduling tools experience is preferred.
