Senior Project Manager - Advanced Facilities

Job Summary

Lead the safe, timely, profitable delivery of complex construction projects, managing client relationships, project teams, quality, budgets, schedules, and overall project results.

Project Details

Project assignments may include projects valued at $51 million to $100 million, or complex and multiple projects totaling $101 million to $199 million, depending on experience and level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transition from estimating to field execution, reviewing contract scope, schedules, budgets, and procurement.
• Work with project superintendents to plan resources, develop CPM schedules, and apply the Last Planner System.
• Manage project costs, billings, payment applications, cost projections, change orders, and monthly progress reporting.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, insurance requirements, closeout, punch lists, and warranty responses.
• Support estimating, business development, client proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
• Oversee project safety, schedule, profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and project personnel decisions.

Required Experience

• Preconstruction experience managing construction projects and strong knowledge of contracts, materials, equipment, scheduling, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow.
• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training and relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Requirements

This is a safety-sensitive role requiring compliance with safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment. Duties involve frequent interaction, handling objects, and periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
