Field Superintendent - Concrete - Traveling

Job Summary

Sundt is seeking a traveling concrete field superintendent to oversee daily construction operations, guide craft teams and subcontractors, and manage safety, quality, schedule, production, and cost performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead field safety efforts and ensure project safety and quality requirements are followed.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and work sequencing with project schedules.
• Monitor costs, production, risks, and quality; maintain schedules and daily project reports.
• Support drawing and RFI reviews, subcontractor coordination, lean planning, and change management.
• Develop craft employees and communicate performance expectations, feedback, and training needs.

Required Experience

• At least two years of supervisory experience using comparable construction methods, equipment, tools, and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and cost control, with the ability to supervise employees and subcontractors.
