Drywall Project Manager

Job Summary

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, quality, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets and contract pricing, negotiate subcontract and material purchases, and manage procurement.
• Coordinate schedules, documentation, safety planning, quality control, and contract compliance with the Superintendent and project partners.
• Lead and support the project team, organize project meetings, and maintain communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and company management.
• Direct preconstruction and bid-package activities, help mitigate claims, complete closeout, and conduct warranty follow-up.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Five to eight years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range of $125,000 to $150,000.
