Electrical Project Superintendent

Job Summary

EPI Power, a Weitz Company subsidiary and licensed electrical contractor, is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent to lead field operations on fast-track electrical construction projects, with a focus on data centers.

Project Details

The role supports electrical construction for data center projects and requires a six-day Monday through Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and field teams while maintaining jobsite safety.
• Partner with project managers on schedule and budget control.
• Develop two-week look-ahead plans and update computerized project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and assist with subcontractor buyout and selection.
• Communicate with owners, designers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
• Support team development and maintain positive jobsite relationships.

Required Experience

• At least five years of project superintendent experience.
• Electrical construction experience is required.
• Data center project experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and understand construction methods and materials.
• Strong organization, leadership, mentoring, communication, business, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, plus the ability to learn project-specific software.
• English-Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
