MEP Superintendent II

Job Summary

Mortenson is hiring an MEP Superintendent II to lead field coordination and resolve project issues across complex construction work.

Project Details

The role supports multiple complex data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and supervise MEP scopes while supporting customer relationships.
• Align materials, equipment, and inspections with project schedules, and review construction and contract documents for completeness and constructability.
• Coordinate plans and specifications with design engineers, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to project and look-ahead schedules.
• Develop site logistics plans, oversee company tools and equipment, and collaborate with project partner superintendents.

Required Experience

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant construction or engineering field, or 10 years of trade experience.
• At least 10 years of construction experience, including two years in supervision; mechanical or electrical contractor experience is preferred. The posting also lists 15 years of construction experience.
• Experience handling responsibilities across multiple complex data center projects.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, a current driver's license, and the ability to interpret construction documents and communicate effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $130,100-$195,200, with higher ranges for certain listed office locations. The role is eligible for an incentive plan. Benefits listed apply to eligible non-craft and non-union craft employees working 25 or more hours per week.
