Senior MEP Project Manager - Advanced Manufacturing

Job Summary

Mortenson is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead MEP-focused projects or scopes, guide project teams, and deliver quality work safely and on schedule.

Project Details

The role manages mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work on advanced manufacturing projects or MEP scopes within medium to large projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, financial projections, invoicing, contracts, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Lead 3-D coordination, commissioning, conflict resolution, testing, and project closeout.
• Develop assistant project managers and project engineers, manage change orders, and serve as the primary owner contact.
• Maintain project quality, safety, risk management, and compliance.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil, architectural, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or equivalent field experience.
• At least eight years of construction management experience, preferably with a mechanical or electrical contractor.
• Basic understanding of construction law and business practices.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range is $144,300-$216,500, with location-based range adjustments for certain offices. The position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
