Drywall Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

Support construction project administration and assist the Project Manager with cost, procurement, bidding, and team coordination for drywall work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project cost records, prepare billings, and follow up on payments.
• Develop and negotiate change orders, subcontract changes, bid packages, purchase orders, and rental agreements.
• Maintain project information in CMiC, draft project procedures, and review plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Guide and train Project Engineers and clerical staff.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Drywall field experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Three to four years of construction experience and at least one year of scheduling and estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of plans and specifications, communication, and organizational skills.
