Senior Project Manager - Healthcare (HCAi)

Job Summary

Lead the planning and delivery of healthcare construction projects, overseeing project teams and coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and company leadership.

Senior project management work focused on healthcare construction in Concord, California, including management of multiple or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets, contract pricing, schedules, and procurement plans.
• Negotiate subcontract and material purchases and oversee bid packages and preconstruction activities.
• Coordinate with the superintendent on safety planning and procedures.
• Manage project staff, subcontractor meetings, reporting, quality control, and contract compliance.
• Track project events and changes, mitigate claims, and complete closeout and warranty follow-up.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Eight to ten years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.

Compensation and Benefits
