Senior Project Manager - Advanced Manufacturing

Job Summary

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large or multiple construction projects, oversee project performance, and mentor project teams.

The role is associated with advanced manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financial performance, forecasts, cost coding, invoices, and owner billings.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, budgets, selections, schedules, quality, safety, risk, and compliance.
• Lead and train assistant project managers and project engineers.
• Serve as the primary contact for owners and site representatives, resolving issues and managing change approvals.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil or architectural engineering, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of construction or project management experience.
• Experience handling multiple large, complex projects; working knowledge of construction law and business practices.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office, project, and relevant web application skills; current driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay is $144,300-$216,500, with adjusted ranges for certain listed locations. The position is eligible for an incentive plan.
