Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution for complex industrial and manufacturing construction projects within its Advanced Facilities Group.

Project Details

The Advanced Facilities portfolio includes large industrial and manufacturing facilities, data centers, semiconductor projects, and other advanced construction environments. This role may oversee a stand-alone project or a major project segment.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, field staff, suppliers, site logistics, work plans, and daily workflow.
• Direct project scheduling, production, safety, quality, costs, materials, equipment, and closeout activities.
• Lead daily coordination, trade, owner, architect, and project review meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, logs, inspections, timecards, and cost tracking.
• Identify project risks, coordinate changes, support procurement and buyout, and recommend solutions.
• Promote an injury-free workplace, investigate incidents, and reinforce safety expectations.
• Coordinate with project management and field leadership on staffing, schedule, budget, and project execution.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; a construction management, engineering, or related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of construction experience and 3 years of field supervision experience.
• Working knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, project management software, accounting systems, construction technology, Lean practices, trade scopes, layout, rigging, and labor productivity.
• Intermediate communication, presentation, scheduling, software, budgeting, collaboration, and construction management skills.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions and non-traditional hours.
