Kiewit Technology, Project Manager

Job Summary

Kiewit Technology Group is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to deliver technology initiatives from planning through implementation at its LaVista, Nebraska campus. The position coordinates cross-functional teams and applies Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods to achieve predictable scope, schedule, and budget results.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects of varying complexity through delivery.
• Build and maintain project, staffing, financial, schedule, risk, issue, and dependency plans.
• Coordinate work across delivery teams, manage handoffs, and drive mitigation and change actions to completion.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Waterfall or hybrid project meetings.
• Provide clear status updates, forecasts, and performance reporting to stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five or more years of IT or technology project delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and applying Agile and Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts and modern technology delivery practices.
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.
• Strong facilitation, organization, communication, problem-solving, risk-management, and collaboration skills.
