The position supports a major sports and entertainment facility project in Macon, with relevant market experience potentially including sports facilities, higher education, aerospace, or healthcare construction.

Responsibilities

• Help define bid scopes, prepare front-end documents, participate in post-bid interviews, and evaluate qualified trade contractors.
• Lead jobsite safety enforcement, including pre-task planning and field compliance.
• Direct daily site labor and coordinate contractor sequencing to reduce trade conflicts.
• Support project cost control, forecasting, and review of contractor changes and time-and-material work.
• Create and maintain site logistics plans that support productivity and limit impacts on surrounding facilities and occupants.

Required Experience

• At least three years of direct construction project supervision experience, including trade coordination.
• Four-year technical or engineering degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective communication skills for working with contractors, architects, owners, and internal teams.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Knowledge of construction methods, performance standards, environmental requirements, and workplace safety.
