Job Summary
Barton Malow is hiring a Senior Superintendent to provide hands-on field leadership for a travel-based commercial construction assignment in Morgantown.
Responsibilities
- Direct construction activities from project planning through closeout.
- Coordinate and sequence subcontractor and trade partner work.
- Set and enforce safety and quality expectations across the jobsite.
- Track labor, material costs, inventory, inspections, and project reporting.
- Resolve trade disputes and work jurisdiction issues.
- Mentor field personnel and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
Required Experience
- At least 10 years of superintendent leadership experience.
- At least 10 years of commercial construction experience.
- Willingness to travel and remain on-site for the assignment.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
