Job Summary

Kiewit is seeking a Product Manager, ServiceNow to guide the strategic advancement of its enterprise ServiceNow platform from the company’s LaVista, Nebraska campus. The role centers on turning AI, automation, predictive intelligence, integrations, and analytics into scalable capabilities that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an innovation roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities and ServiceNow strategy.
  • Identify, prioritize, and validate high-value opportunities involving AI, workflow automation, predictive intelligence, and analytics.
  • Develop use cases, business cases, ROI models, and value-realization measures.
  • Lead pilots and proofs of concept, then move successful initiatives into production roadmaps and standardized capabilities.
  • Shape integration strategies across ERP, HRIS, security, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Establish responsible AI and automation practices covering architecture, security, privacy, and risk controls.
  • Influence product, architecture, engineering, operations, customer success, and business analysis teams to drive adoption.
  • Measure results through ROI, reduced manual effort, platform adoption, automation rates, cycle time, and production scalability.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least three years of hands-on ServiceNow operations and systems administration experience, including recent work within the past four years.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and its broader ecosystem.
  • Experience applying AI and machine-learning concepts, automation strategy, workflow optimization, and enterprise integrations.
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities to business value and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong strategic thinking, execution focus, and communication skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Reliable attendance, timely completion of work, and willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed.
