Job Summary

Overland Contracting (a Black & Veatch company) is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs) on complex field construction projects in Lathrop, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Develop, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for complex construction projects.
• Coordinate with discipline superintendents and general foremen to secure field buy-in on IWPs prior to release.
• Generate material takeoffs and bills of material for work packages.
• Verify installed commodities and work completion status on a weekly basis.
• Review and monitor contractor look-ahead schedules for assigned scope.
• Support RFI interpretation and documentation flow with responsible field engineers.
• Assist the discipline superintendent with craft timesheet and charge code review.
• Maintain a daily site log and support punch list monitoring and reporting.
• Actively promote site safety culture and participate in integrated planning sessions.

Required Experience

• 6+ years of construction or construction management experience on similar facility projects preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to perform material takeoffs and field estimates.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
