Project Engineer

Job Summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Engineer or Senior Engineer for its Operations team at a full-time, in-person project in Shippingport, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite trade work and manage materials from design and fabrication through installation.
• Review trade contractor payment applications and manage cost control, change orders, RFIs, and emerging risks.
• Contribute to overall project execution, interpret construction documents, and mentor junior team members.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, or at least three years of equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic familiarity with construction tools such as Bluebeam, SketchUp, Navisworks, or BIM 360.
• Willingness to relocate as needed is preferred.
