Project Engineer

Job Summary

PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer in Phoenix to support construction operations, project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and field problem-solving. This regular full-time role offers the opportunity to grow with an employee-owned contractor serving industrial, infrastructure, and utility-related work.

Required Experience

• One to three years of construction experience in an operational role is preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of construction equipment, methods, drawings, specifications, HSE, quality, materials, and applicable standards.
• Ability to apply basic engineering and problem-solving principles to construction issues.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive schedules, coordinate subcontracts and contract documents, and use Microsoft Office and internal operational systems.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technology in a fast-paced environment.
