Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting records, project files, drawings, specifications, schedules, and document distribution.
• Track submittals, procurement, field issues, change documentation, quantities, labor costs, and accounts payable coding.
• Support site safety planning, quality management, BIM administration, progress documentation, punch lists, and project closeout.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or mechanical/electrical studies; a construction management certificate or equivalent may also qualify.
• One to three years of construction-related experience; construction internships are preferred.
• Basic understanding of construction cost accounting, estimating, scheduling, computers, and construction plans and specifications.
• Strong organization, communication, and independent judgment; field experience and virtual construction technology knowledge are advantageous.
