Project Engineer (Thermal)

Job Summary

Barton Malow Company is hiring a Project Engineer to support onsite engineering and construction coordination for a thermal project in Ashville, Ohio.

Project Details

This position supports a thermal construction project and requires daily presence at the project site, along with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical support, issue resolution, document control, submittals, RFIs, and project records.
• Maintain the project schedule and prepare meeting documentation.
• Support procurement activities, bidder tracking, site logistics, and contractor change-order processing.
• Coordinate plan reviews and approvals with local and state authorities.
• Apply corporate safety policies throughout onsite construction activities.
• Communicate project progress and changes with architects, engineers, owners, contractors, and internal teams.

Required Experience

• Four-year degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• One to three years of relevant professional experience or related construction internship experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, independent problem-solving, and commitment to safety.
