Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Engineer in Scottsdale to support project management and gain entry-level experience on water and wastewater construction work.

Project Details

This role supports water and wastewater infrastructure projects and may require travel and flexible work hours based on project demands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittals and requests for information.
• Coordinate project activities from setup through closeout.
• Support material purchasing, estimating, scheduling, crew coordination, and field operations.
• Maintain project records, detailed job costs, and closeout documentation.
• Communicate professionally with owners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organization, planning, attention to detail, and willingness to work the hours required for project success.
• Willingness to travel as project needs require.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting base salary of $80,000-$110,000 per year, with no-cost medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage, company stock, a 401(k) match, paid time off, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, an HSA, weekly pay, and additional wellness and support resources.
