Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Engineer in Lake Wales to support the project management team and help keep water and wastewater construction work organized, documented, and on schedule.

Project Details

This role supports water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including coordination with project stakeholders and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittals and requests for information.
• Coordinate project activities from setup through closeout.
• Support material purchasing, estimating, scheduling, and crew coordination.
• Maintain project documents and detailed job cost records.
• Assist field operations and communicate professionally with owners, architects, and engineers.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and work the hours required by project needs.
• Suitable for candidates seeking entry-level project management experience.
