Project Engineer

Job Summary

Support a project team while learning construction field and office operations, working from a project site for at least six months and preferably for the full project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track RFIs, maintain shop drawing logs, and help coordinate shop drawing reviews.
• Verify field dimensions and assist with vendor and subcontractor delivery tracking.
• Support site logistics, safety procedures, permit inspections, and plan updates.
• Record punchlist items and monitor completion; help prepare and update the project schedule.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
• Knowledge of estimating, cost control, and material pricing.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost-coding systems.
• Ability to take responsibility and communicate effectively.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
