Project Manager I

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Project Manager I for its Southwest region team in Arizona. The role oversees commercial construction projects from planning through completion, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and compliance.

Project Details

Preferred project experience includes industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multifamily construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, cost projections, contracts, bid documents, and status reports.
• Lead progress and jobsite coordination meetings and oversee design development.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts while coordinating with owners, field teams, subcontractors, and internal partners.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or construction management.
• At least four years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office and project management tool skills, effective communication, and customer focus.
• At least six months of estimating or preconstruction and field experience is a preferred qualification.
