Senior Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead project teams and deliver mission-critical construction work in Atlanta.

Project Details

The role supports the National Mission Critical team and involves mission-critical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and owner relationships.
• Support preconstruction, procurement, estimating, and project scheduling.
• Oversee quality assurance, commissioning, design development, and construction risk decisions.
• Lead construction progress meetings and travel as project needs require.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Mission-critical construction experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of complex mission-critical MEP systems, commissioning, and Methods of Procedures is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, or similar project management tools is valued.
• Must be able and willing to travel for projects and eligible to work in the United States.
