Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical/Data Center

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is hiring a Construction Project Manager I for its National Mission Critical team to administer project phases, budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting with supervision.

Project Details

The role supports mission-critical construction, with data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project team members, subcontractors, owners, and other project professionals.
• Support preconstruction, including bid procedures and reviews, qualifications, estimating, and scheduling.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality programs, commissioning, and construction progress meetings.
• Contribute to risk evaluation, contract negotiations, budget decisions, and design development.
• Travel as needed for projects.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management/science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least four years of commercial construction experience.
• Mission-critical data center experience, complex MEP knowledge, commissioning and early-turnover familiarity, and experience with Methods of Procedures are preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other project management tools is preferred.
