Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects in Atlanta, collaborating with project management, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and owners.

Responsibilities

• Support project budgets, schedules, procurement, cost tracking, contracts, invoices, change orders, and billing.
• Prepare and track RFIs, shop drawings, drawing updates, submittals, and punch-list completion.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor deliveries, site logistics, inspections, and project meetings.
• Assist with quality planning, safety procedures, schedule updates, estimating takeoffs, and project closeout.
• Travel as needed.

Required Experience

• At least 2–4 years of commercial construction experience in a design-build environment.
• Required bachelor's degree in construction engineering or construction management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.
• Knowledge of estimating, cost control, and material pricing; comfort with current technology.
