Project Manager

About the role:

Centric is hiring a Project Manager in Kansas City to serve as the single point of contact for internal and external parties during construction — overseeing one large project or several smaller ones.

What you'd own:

• Time, cost, and quality control; supervising subcontractor, vendor, and supplier performance with corrective action where needed
• Operational and financial oversight, plus coaching for Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents
• Safety compliance in partnership with Centric's Safety Manager

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience spanning both project management and direct field supervision
• Bachelor's in construction/project management or equivalent
• OSHA-10 and First-Aid/CPR; valid driver's license
