Centric (legally Centric Construction Group, formerly Centric Projects) was founded in 2010 and builds from its headquarters in Kansas City's Crossroads Arts District. The 165-person firm became 100% employee-owned through an ESOP in 2023 and reports about $230 million in annual revenue across workplace, retail, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, and residential work in ten-plus cities. Its Kansas City portfolio includes The Oxbow, a nine-story mixed-use building in North Kansas City, and the company cites KC's first modular apartment building among its firsts.
