Superintendent

About the role:

Centric is hiring a Superintendent in Kansas City to own field execution — schedule, quality, and budget — supervising Centric's field team and all subcontractor work.

What you'd own:

• The project schedule and three-week look-aheads, built with the Project Manager; sequencing deliveries, subs, and vendors
• Pre-installation meetings, permits, testing, inspections, punch lists, and final close-out
• Field documentation: schedules, cost/delay reports, work logs, and as-builts
• OSHA and Centric safety compliance on site

What they're looking for:

• 2+ years of commercial-construction field supervision
• Construction management degree or equivalent experience
• OSHA-10 within 30 days of hire (OSHA-30 and First-Aid/CPR preferred); valid driver's license
