Project Manager

Job Summary

Crossland Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Oklahoma City to coordinate construction projects from preconstruction through completion, working with owners, design partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project communication and resolve issues affecting cost and schedule.
• Build and maintain the master schedule and prepare project variance information for accounting.
• Administer contracts, payment requests, change orders, RFIs, ASIs, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Review shop drawings for accuracy and specification compliance.
• Maintain communication with architects and engineers and escalate project concerns to the Division Manager.
