Superintendent

Job Summary

Crossland Construction is hiring a Superintendent in Oklahoma City to oversee construction site operations, coordinate project teams, and keep work safe, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities for subcontractors, craft employees, field engineers, and project management staff.
• Coordinate owners, designers, trades, and subcontractors to support construction progress.
• Review contract requirements and bring in additional trades as project needs develop.
• Maintain site safety, inventory, equipment, rental equipment, quality control, schedule, and budget.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain daily project records.
• Coordinate project closeout activities.
