Job Summary

Manage water well drilling, rehabilitation, and pump installation or repair projects, with a focus on client satisfaction, safe operations, and project performance.

Project Details

Assignments include water well drilling, well rehabilitation, and pump installation and repair.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project costs and revenue, establish budgets, and monitor quantities, costs, revenue, schedules, and margins.
• Coordinate bids, resources, purchasing, vendors, subcontractors, and project controls.
• Maintain communication among field leadership, operations, business development, clients, agencies, and project partners.
• Prepare project reports, support continuous improvement, and uphold company safety initiatives.

Required Experience

• At least one year of project management experience in water well drilling or construction.
• Knowledge of water well drilling or related industry practices.
• Ability to work in a high-production environment, with sound judgment and strong leadership, communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range of $79,972 to $119,958. Benefits include paid holidays and sick leave, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, spending plans, wellness programs, and a 401(k) match for eligible salaried employees.
