Project Manager

Job Summary

Holder Construction is seeking a full-time, in-person Project Manager to support project operations in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Direct project execution, coordinating the team and field operations to meet contract, schedule, safety, quality, and budget goals.
• Manage forecasts, owner billings, invoices, and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate scheduling, safety, quality, and project-office setup; interpret construction documents and resolve issues.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, ethical team environment.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or at least three years of relevant construction experience.
• Competence with construction management software for collaboration, document control, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, financials, and field communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Project relocation as needed and general-contractor site operations experience are preferred.
