Project Manager

Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 in Houston to direct moderately complex construction projects or major portions of larger projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety, procurement, subcontract administration, submittals, changes, pay applications, scheduling, cost forecasting, and closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal support groups.
• Manage project risks, budgets, business plans, documentation, reporting, and profitability.
• Support estimating, buyout, scope development, bid packages, and preconstruction planning.
• Conduct project reviews, progress meetings, and owner-architect-contractor meetings.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of construction management experience.
• Intermediate communication, presentation, Microsoft Office, and Lean process skills.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
