Project Manager

Job Summary

Lund-Ross Constructors is hiring a Project Manager to direct construction operations, financial controls, contractor coordination, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and trade partners throughout construction.
• Procure and track materials, equipment, and inventory while maintaining internal reporting.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, legal requirements, building codes, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Support cost-estimating activities and drive completion within approved schedules and budgets.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of construction management or construction manager experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, employees, timelines, budgets, and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of construction practices and local, state, and federal building regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and construction project management software experience preferred.
