Project Manager

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services is hiring a Project Manager in Bellevue to lead construction projects from planning through closeout. The role owns project performance, client relationships, team coordination, and delivery outcomes across safety, quality, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct contract administration, project controls, safety planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management.
• Confirm construction follows approved designs, contract requirements, resources, budget, and schedule.
• Evaluate value engineering opportunities and communicate project performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders, and progress payments while monitoring trade and supplier progress.
• Coordinate project closeout and manage stakeholder expectations.
• For design-build work, oversee design progress, constructability, coordination, quality, and deliverables.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive construction experience; leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, methods, construction law, building codes, and safety and quality practices.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, risks, opportunities, and stakeholder relationships.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management, and scheduling software.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary is $147,400–$182,600 based on experience and qualifications.
