Project Manager

About the role:

Straub Construction is hiring a Project Manager at its Shawnee, KS headquarters to carry projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What you'd own:

• Client and stakeholder relationships through all construction phases
• Project budgets, subcontracts, change orders, scopes of work, and procurement
• On-site progress meetings and draw-request processing, plus input into project scheduling

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field
• 5+ years of commercial general contracting experience (7-10 preferred)
• Prior superintendent experience is a plus; Microsoft Office required, Procore learnable on the job
