Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Manager to lead pipe and heavy civil water and wastewater construction work in Louisville, Kentucky.

Project Details

This role supports water and wastewater construction projects, with responsibility for project cost, labor, scheduling, materials, contracts, and owner coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost projections, work-in-progress reporting, labor forecasts, and overall project financial performance.
• Plan and maintain project schedules while coordinating job site supervisory personnel.
• Build owner relationships and administer contract negotiations.
• Purchase and negotiate materials for project needs.
• Set and enforce job site safety expectations.

Required Experience

• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
