Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Manager to lead pipe construction work within the heavy civil water and wastewater market in Nashville.

Project Details

This role supports water and wastewater construction projects, with responsibility for coordinating field operations, commercial administration, scheduling, and owner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost forecasts, work-in-progress projections, labor planning, and overall project financial performance.
• Direct site supervisory personnel and coordinate project planning and scheduling.
• Build owner relationships and handle contract negotiations and administration.
• Purchase and negotiate materials while maintaining jobsite safety standards.

Required Experience

• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
