Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead pipe and heavy civil water and wastewater construction projects in Atlanta. The role requires prior project management experience in the water and wastewater industry.

Project Details

This position supports water and wastewater infrastructure construction, including pipe work and related heavy civil activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, work-in-progress projections, labor forecasts, and material purchasing.
• Plan and schedule work while coordinating site supervisory personnel.
• Build owner relationships and handle contract negotiation and administration.
• Establish and enforce job-site safety expectations.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
