Responsibilities

• Monitor project costs, labor forecasts, and work-in-progress projections.
• Direct site supervisory personnel and coordinate project planning and schedules.
• Maintain effective relationships with project owners.
• Negotiate contracts and purchase materials.
• Set and enforce job-site safety expectations.
• Manage contract administration, labor projections, and overall project costs.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
