Safety Manager II

Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee safety programs across construction project locations, helping personnel identify hazards and comply with company and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Train employees and organize pre-job safety planning and recurring safety meetings.
• Inspect jobsites, develop emergency response plans, and coordinate safety practices with subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents, analyze trends, and prepare accident reports.
• Identify project personnel who need safety guidance, training, or corrective support.

Required Experience

• Five years of experience in safety or a related field and a bachelor's degree in safety or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and the ability to assess work activities for safety and loss control.
• Ability to identify training needs and deliver presentations; computer skills including Word and PowerPoint.
• CSP, ASP, OSHT, or CIH certification desired.

Compensation and Benefits
